Alexandre has been active in the financial world for more than a decade. He began his career in investment banking at ING in London, then spent 7 years in the energy sector at Engie in Paris and Brussels. As from 2014, he focused on building a comprehensive investment family office Adrien Invest. Alexandre holds a Master in Business Administration at Louvain Management School and a MBA at Vlerick.

Bart Van Muylder is CEO of the family office Diepensteyn NV. Previously Bart has been active within the Diepensteyn group for 33 years, partially as CFO of Palm Breweries. He has board mandates at several private equity funds, as well as Econoholding and Fonds GaVoorGeluk.

Bernard Thiers is President Rest-of-World of the stock listed US flooring group Mohawk and CEO of its daughter company Unilin Group, where he has been active since 1984, helping to develop the well-known Quickstep laminate. He holds a degree as a Civil Engineer from the University of Ghent and has particular expertise in production, patents and investments.

Bert graduated as Master in Economic Sciences in 2006. After several years of financial and operational experience, he has been Chief Family Officer of VMF since 2012 and is representing VMF as a shareholder and board member in a broad range of companies and investment funds. Bert also has several board mandates in non-profit organizations in both the auto sport and cycling world.

Michel Delbaere is founder and CEO of Crop’s Holding NV, European leader in the production and sales of frozen vegetables, frozen fruit & frozen ready meals for retail, industry and foodservice. Michel holds a Master in Law and a Master in Economics and is a board member in a wide range of companies and institutions. Michel is also honorary chairman of the Flemish employers federation VOKA.

Jurgen Vandervelden graduated in 1997 as a Commercial Engineer (KUL) and obtained a Master's degree in Finance from the Vlerick Management School. After several years in private equity and M&A, he joined the family business Soudal of his father-in-law Vic Swerts. He is a member of the management team and the board of directors and is also responsible for the investments of the family holding company Jonelinvest.
