Stijn Van Loock

Stijn works part-time as legal counsel for Smile Invest. He started his career as a corporate / M&A lawyer at a Belgian law firm in an international and multidisciplinary environment. Subsequently, Stijn worked at investment company Gimv for more than 10 years, where he was involved as legal counsel in private equity transactions in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany.

Since 2019, Stijn has been active as a freelance legal counsel with his office Audeo. He likes sports, music and traveling.
