Smile Invest appoints Daan Van Parys as Investment Manager and expands its team

Leuven, 20 October 2017 – Smile Invest appoints Daan Van Parys (28) as Investment Manager based in Leuven. Daan Van Parys will focus on sourcing and executing deals, as well as following up portfolio companies and driving value creation initiatives.

After completing his studies as Commercial Engineer at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, Daan Van Parys worked for five years at Lazard, an independent investment bank. During his time at Lazard, he gained valuable experience on various M&A and capital market transactions in the Benelux.
