SmartSD strengthens position in France through acquisition of France Sécurité Distribution

Effective January 1, 2022, SmartSD and FSD, France Sécurité Distribution, are strengthening their market position in France by merging. SmartSD and FSD are both unique players in the French and international markets in the electronic security sector. SmartSD and FSD share the same values for providing excellence in quality and high quality service with the main values; advice, service, stock, training and technical support.

In the future, both companies will complement and strengthen each other to provide customers with even better quality and service. The forces are combined to offer the brands, which are distributed by both parties, together and to be even closer to the customers thanks to the different branches in France (Paris-Serris and Toulouse), the Netherlands (Breda) and Belgium (Merchtem). In this way, both companies will further strengthen their position in this dynamic market.
