MAGNUM Heating Group acquires three companies and takes majority stake in fourth
MAGNUM Heating Group, a leading manufacturer of sustainable heating systems and part of investment firm Smile Invest, announces the acquisition of three companies and a majority stake in a fourth as of 1 August 2025. This strategic expansion supports MAGNUM’s ambitions for further vertical integration, international growth, and enhanced innovation capacity.
The acquisitions include:
- WARP Systems B.V. (Nieuwveen, the Netherlands)
- Vermo Vloerverwarmingssystemen B.V. (Roosendaal, the Netherlands)
- MAGNUM Heating Ltd. (United Kingdom)
In addition, MAGNUM Heating Group has acquired a majority stake in MAGNUM Croatia d.o.o. (Croatia).

MAGNUM Heating Group already operates its own production facilities in the Netherlands and India, ensuring high-quality manufacturing, flexibility, and a secure global supply chain. The addition of local entities in the UK and Croatia strengthens the group’s international commercial footprint.

WARP Systems B.V. specializes in innovative, thin, water based floor, wall, and ceiling systems for heating and cooling. The company develops modular solutions that are quick and easy to install, making them ideal for both renovation and newbuild projects. WARP Systems serves a diverse clientele: from professionals such as wholesalers, contractors, and installers to end users including private homeowners. Vermo Vloerverwarmingssystemen B.V., based in Roosendaal, is a project-based organization specializing in the engineering and installation of complete underfloor heating systems. Vermo works closely with developers,
contractors, and installers, delivering custom solutions for both new-build and renovation projects. With thisacquisition, MAGNUM strengthens its project execution capabilities and technical expertise.
MAGNUM Heating Ltd., the UK-based sales organization for MAGNUM Heating Group, has been a trusted and successful partner for many years. The full integration of MAGNUM Heating Ltd. into the group enables a more focused approach to the UK market, oWering the complete MAGNUM product range with local support, service, and distribution.
Through the majority stake in MAGNUM Croatia d.o.o., MAGNUM further strengthens its position in the Southeast European market.
