dgtgroup expands with Dutch companies NFGD and TSS
Antwerp – dgtgroup, a leading provider of Digital Signage and Smart Office Solutions, proudly announces that the Dutch companies NFGD and TSS have joined the group. This expansion brings dgtgroup to 120 employees and boosts its combined annual revenue to approximately €40 million.
With this strategic move, dgtgroup strengthens its presence in the Netherlands and reinforces its ambition to further build its leading position in the Benelux. The group is now firmly anchored along the key Antwerp–The Hague axis.
By adding NFGD, dgtgroup broadens its services to include high-quality audiovisual turnkey solutions for complex AV/ICT installations, rental of temporary AV equipment, interpretation services and facilities for live productions and streaming services. This enables the group to offer an even wider range of solutions to clients across the Benelux.
Through the acquisition of TSS, dgtgroup enters the Dutch Digital Signage market. The group’s service and support offerings will be further rolled out to fully unburden Dutch clients. dgtgroup continues to develop its long-standing expertise in As-a-Service models, providing innovative and flexible solutions based on proprietary software tools - targeted at governments and businesses in the Netherlands and beyond.
This strategic expansion not only strengthens dgtgroup's market position in the Benelux, but also highlights its ambition to remain a leading player in the audiovisual and ICT sector in the coming years. The group remains firmly committed to its customer base and looks forward to further growth opportunities.
Both Dutch companies will continue to operate under their own names and maintain their trusted teams. Within dgtgroup, they are given the space to grow, share knowledge, and build innovative solutions together for clients across the Benelux.
Jan Bussels, CEO of dgtgroup:
“For me, entrepreneurship is about bringing people together around a shared ambition. That is exactly what’s happening here. We complement each other while preserving our individuality. NFGD and TSS share our entrepreneurial spirit and passion for technology. We’re growing together, with a focus on quality, customer value and long-term vision. This expansion is not a final destination, but a logical next step in a larger story.”
François Hobma, NFGD:
“We strongly believe in collaboration and sharing expertise. By joining dgtgroup, we become part of a larger family with a shared passion for quality and customer focus. At the same time, we stay true to who we are, with room for initiative and entrepreneurship, which I proudly remain part of, and I believe in continued development and expansion in the Benelux.”
Michel Bons, TSS:
“This step allows us to support our clients even better. The complementarity with the other companies in dgtgroup is substantial, and the network offers plenty of opportunities for innovation, growth, and joint projects.”
Bart Cauberghe, Thomas Dewever and Davy Louwers, Smile Invest:
“This expansion fits perfectly within our vision to invest in strong, complementary companies that create added value together. We believe in the potential of an integrated Benelux approach and are convinced that dgtgroup, with this step, takes a unique position in the market. Our role is to support that growth sustainably, with respect for the entrepreneurship of each team within the group.”
dgtgroup was formed through the collaboration between Digitopia, Centomedia, Aviniti, and ThisPlays2, and is supported by the long-term Benelux investor Smile Invest, which acquired a majority stake earlier this year. The group remains open to companies with a shared vision of technology, innovation, and customer experience that want to help build a strong collective.
